NOTE
  •   Information including continuous working time, working temperature and medium is required to be pre-confirmed with professionals; pump cannot work with high temperature or corrosive fluids.
  •  When pump is connected into circulation system, load current will be reduced to 70~85% of Max working current (opening outlet current).
  •   The head means the Max vertical lifting height of water,the flow is 0L/MIN@max head.
  •   The max flow rate means flow rate with no lifting height(according to the curve bellow)
Difference between 2phase & 3phase brushless DC pump

(T sub-series)
 Hall sensor driving, circuit board should be placed inside pump body
   3phase
(S/A sub-series)
  • NOTE that 3phase dc is completely different with 3phase AC; 3phase DC means 3 pairs of magnetic polarity & sensor-less, power supply  the same with common DC pump
  • Intelligent program-driving, sensor-less, circuit outside of pump body (main factor that pump can be high-temperature resistant)
  • Speed adjustable by PWM, 0~5V signal or potentiometer(optional)
  • Lock protection,reverse-connected protection, over-vol.&over-current protection,
  • Soft start, no current impact, can be contact directly with solar panel

 
                   
Potentiometer Speed adjusting connection:
Contact the red and black wire to both ends of potentiometer(variable resistor),then contact the yellow wire to the middle of potentiometer,Speed canbe changed by turning the potentiometer. Potentiometer speed adjusting is the same with VR speed adjusting(Remove the potentiometer and contact the speed adjusting wire like VR speed adjusting connection bellow).
PWM(50-800HZ/Amlitude 5V) or VR(0-5V) Speed adjusting connection:
Contact the yellow wire to the control system's speed control signal output interface(PWM or VR) and contact the black wire to the ground lead in the control system.hang the red wire on the air.
